For this task, I might also ask a student to summarize the question before we go to the breakout rooms with the hope that the student’s words may be better remembered when they are chatting in their breakout rooms.

If you want to put students in groups again, there is an option RECREATE GROUPS. However, because it is random, you might still have a few students with the same partners. To guarantee different groups, you can manually move students down from each group, that is, move one student from A to B, then move one student from B to C, etc. Some teachers take a screenshot of the first groupings to make sure that students are not accidentally in the same group the second time.
